You rarely consider the reality that you don’t have an infinite amount of time available to you. But consider this sobering thought: no one knows how much time he has left. 1. To postpone anything until a later
What type of “later” can we discuss if we don’t know how much time we have left? Seriously, putting off your vacation for years, postponing visits with friends and family, convincing yourself that now is not the perfect moment to realize your aspirations, and so on are all foolish. Life is what happens to you right now, and no one can guarantee that you will live to see another day.

2. Fear of expressing one’s feelings

5. To deprive yourself of pleasure and enjoyment
