The population of Monroe is 48, 241 and its violent crime rates as of 2021 are 2969.1 per 100k people. It makes this city one of the most dangerous places in America. The city has the highest crime rates of all sorts, ranging from homicides to gun violence and violence related to property.

2. Columbus, Ohio

Many reasons make this city one of the most unfavorable cities to live in. The violent crime rate here is 437.4 per 100k people, and the poverty rate, too, is low at 18.7 percent only.
