14 Entries To The 2017 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards That Will Make You Laugh Your Heart Out

While the 2017 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards (here you can see 2016 and 2015) are still accepting entries, and the judges are warming up, we can already take a look at some hilarious submissions of the contest.

Despite the funny approach, these awards are not just about the amusement. Their founders, photographers Paul Joynson-Hicks and Tom Sullam, also aimed to spotlight wildlife conservation efforts.

As they noted:

“The last two years have seen some fantastic entries. We want to see even more animals represented than before. Go out and photograph, wherever you are… a squirrel could win the competition. We want to raise awareness of conservation of all animals all over the world, so wherever you are, take pictures of those wilder things!”

Take a look at the funny collection below and don’t forget to vote for your favorite.
